"Jayson called me when I was moved to his agency after my original state farm Agent retired. I asked him to investigate why my rates were so incredibly high ($450/mo) with no accidents on my record. The only claim I had with State Farm was a windshield replacement. Jayson told me he would investigate to bring my rates down, but then never got back to me. I searched for other insurance and found a better policy with rates 1/2 as much per month at another insurance company. When I went to cancel insurance with Jayson, not ONCE did they ask me why I was canceling. This insurance agency does not care about its customers or their business. They will offer low rates starting out, but then raise them through the roof within 2 years. DO NOT use this insurance agency."
