The only claim I had with State Farm was a windshield replacement. Jayson told me he would investigate to bring my rates down, but then never got back to me. I searched for other insurance and found a better policy with rates 1/2 as much per month at another insurance company. When I went to cancel insurance with Jayson, not ONCE did they ask me why I was canceling. This insurance agency does not care about its customers or their business.
